WTW Direct to Consumer Specialist – Affinity Latin America in Bogota, Colombia

This is an important role that has been created – as a part of the global Affinity Strategy - to lead the aggressive expansion of revenue growth across LatAm Region through the development and execution of an agreed business plan focusing on Direct to Consumer segment.

The Role

  • Lead Latin America Direct to consumer segment and a wider Affinity sector expert contributing to the development and execution of the agreed business strategy.

  • Lead and manage through others the Affinity functional team in both sales and back office as appropriate.

  • Responsible for delivering agreed Affinity Budgets (Revenues and Costs)

  • Plan, lead, sale campaigns, media agency and client management process, leading colleagues in the sales process to identify and develop and prioritize opportunities, manages the sales pipeline, and delivers new business wins.

  • Research segments insights by Latin America Affinity, build relevant information for affinity team knowledge and help to build a value proposition and some information important to be include in tenders.

The Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be a fluent speaker and able to communicate in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

  • Will have worked in a multi-cultural environment with working experience in other countries.

  • Educated to degree level.

Skills

  • A good strategist and ability to think strategically.

  • Strong Sales, Negotiation, Presentation and Interpersonal skills at an international level

  • The ability to command respect and demonstrate leadership.

  • The ability to communicate clearly and influence at an international level.

  • Capacity to work collaboratively, influencing divers stake holder groups, and working as part of a wider multi-discipline management group in a matrix environment.

  • Resourceful and self-motivated, resilient, passionate, and energetic

  • Project Management skills, with a general knowledge of system and process requirements.

  • Ability to challenge and influence.

  • Results Oriented.

Knowledge/Expertise:

  • A business leader with management skills obtained through holding position to obtain sales results.

  • A track record of strategy formulation and leadership of execution.

  • A good, first-hand working experience of the LatAm and international Affinity space and knowledge of the wider sector trends, opportunities, and threats.

Will require availability to travel frequently throughout LatAm and on occasions Internationally
