WTW COBRA Project Manager 2 in Chicago, Illinois

The Role

  • Work directly with clients as direct point of contact for ongoing service, change management and escalations.

  • Creates budgets based on project scope, resources, and collaborates with junior Project managers to maintain and communicate risks/course corrections.

  • Maintains project plans and monitors progress to accurately reflect project scope, deliverables and timeline.

  • Leads discussions around trends and process improvement opportunities and communicates to the appropriate leadership group.

  • Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to draft change orders for out-of-scope work as per Change Control process.

  • Learns and applies WTW standard practices and standard tools.

  • Mentors, grows, and leads team members and junior project managers.

  • Collaborates to deliver quality of ongoing service delivery and adheres to established Project Manager standards.

  • Leads project teams with multifaceted, competing priorities, and deadlines.

  • Performs and manages all responsibilities related to the Project Manager 2 role and complies with our security protocol.

The Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Project and Word

  • Has basic understanding of regulations that apply to benefits administration.

  • Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Demonstrates flexibility, accountability, and ability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence.

  • Ability to work extended hours as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80,000-90,000 USD.
