WTW Junior Broker in Istanbul, Turkey
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Broker. As a Junior Broker, you will be responsible for delivering the agreed-upon services to our clients.
The Role
Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Uphold the SLAs to meet client expectations and ensure service delivery standards are met.
Work with Account Executives and Brokers in determining appropriate solutions and structuring
Actively contribute to the development and improvement of delivery strategies, sharing insights and recommendations based on client interactions and feedback.
The Requirements
0-2 years experience
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish
International exposure is a plus
Strong skill set in delivering a high level of client service
Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists
Self-motivated, persistent, willing to learn and result-oriented
Ability to build productive trust relationships with clients
