WTW Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) is one of the world’s largest insurance brokers and risk advisors. We provide a broad range of services and solutions to thousands of clients, ranging from small businesses to the largest multinational corporations, that include risk assessment, risk management and advisory, risk transfer and placement, and claim advocacy.

The Role

• Assisting in client management including day to day program management, consultative service and relationship building

• Preparing required documents for account servicing including but not limited to preparation of renewal reports and manuals.

• Independently handling the local SME clients

• Attend and assist with sales meetings and presentations lead by senior level colleagues for varying types of accounts to gain exposure and insight as to market best-practices.

• Working in compliance with wtw systems and protocols

• Working as team players and collaborate with all departments.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years' proven account management track-record servicing primarily to corporate and / or global clients within an insurance brokerage or general insurance firm

• Sound General Insurance experience (including but not limited to Property & Casualty, Public and Products liability, Motor, Employee Compensation)

• Some experience in GI Underwriting, Claims or Operations would be a great advantage.

• Thorough knowledge of local markets, including insurers, regulatory, unique coverage

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English

• With Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 2, 3 License. With certification in ANZII, ACII or across General Insurance would be a great advantage.

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Account Manager
