The Role
Your main responsibilities will be:
Responsible for Accounts Receivables:
track the billing process.
manage collections.
run customers aging reports.
contact billers and customers when required.
Responsible for Intercompany process
Responsible for bank accounts daily update and reconciliations
Support on month-end accounting deliverables
Support on tax reporting preparation
Support on financial statements preparation
The Requirements
You are the person that we are looking for if you have:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Taxation or Business Administration and Management
Previous experience performing similar tasks.
Proficiency in English and Portuguese
Proficiency in Excel and Database tools is a minimum. Oracle experience would be a great plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Pro-active, organized, team player and process orientated.
