Summary of Role

The

purpose of the role is to support the timely delivery of high quality pay and

benefits surveys across the UK and EMEA in collaboration with EMEA Product

Leader and survey operations teams, and to deliver the provision of market

pricing / assessments and bench marking projects to clients within Professional

Services sectors.

The role supports the

growth and profitability of the Data Services team by being responsible for

client relationships and delivering Willis Towers Watson Data Services products

and services. This includes standard and

bespoke surveys as well as delivering compensation based project work such as

compensation and benefits reviews and conducting pay assessments.

Performance objectives are:

Excellence

  • Continuouslydevelop technical and consulting skills (e.g. understanding of pay andbenefits market data and bench marking)

  • Ensure thatsurvey and project files for assigned clients are up-to-date and meet our ProfessionalExcellence standards

  • Increaseefficiency by identifying ways to improve survey processes incollaboration with the rest of the survey team

  • Conduct datavalidations and survey reviews for assigned clients and assist EMEA teammembers with the same

Client

  • Conductingand supporting client presentations and webcasts

  • Act as asubject matter expert and educate the client on pay and benefits surveys,in collaboration with account managers

  • Gatheringclient data, conducting job bench marking and supporting their market datarequirements

Financial

  • Providing newand existing clients with survey pricing proposals, in collaboration withaccount managers

  • Ensuringclients are promptly and accurately billed

People

  • Build strongrelationships externally and internally and collaborate effectively oncross-functional teams

  • Demonstratenatural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at alllevels

The Requirements

  • Goodorganisational skills: be able to plan and organise work efficiently, beable to handle several projects at same time and to work under pressureand meet deadlines

  • An ability tobe self-sufficient and manage own workload but ask for support whenrequired

  • Strong clientrelationship management skills with a dedication to quality and customerservice.

  • A goodunderstanding of pay and benefits markets, issues and trends, and anappreciation of wider Talent and Rewards solutions to support our clients’business strategies

  • Excellentwritten and oral communication skills – comfortable and crediblecommunicating with senior leaders within client organisations.

  • Will haveexperience in executive reward, data management or experience of surveyresearch (incorporating various stages of a research project), and be numeratewith strong data analysis and interpretation skills.

  • Will have agood working experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have someexperience or working with other databases or statistical software

  • Goodteam player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
