WTW International Health and Benefits Analyst in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico

WTW Integrated Global Services team is dedicated to serving the needs of the headquarters of its multinational clients. Operating in the global market place means multinational companies face a variety of different business, cultural, language and regulatory environments. Our Integrated Global Services team helps these companies navigate these challenges. We advise multinational companies on certain specialist topics, but we also act as a single point of contact to help solve client questions where we draw on the expertise of our colleagues from around the world.

We group our services into the following main areas:

  • Multi-country coordination and project management

  • We provide advice and coordination for global projects including for example:

  • Benefits inventory, benchmarking against market practice and compliance

  • Global broking and other benefits procurement activity

  • Advice around the management of employee benefits

  • We provide advice to headquarters on the most efficient management of their employee benefits. Examples might include:

  • Supporting global oversight and governance procedures

  • Co-sourcing of benefits management

  • Health & wellbeing strategies

International Global Services Analysts work across borders in international teams supporting multinational organizations.

The Role

This role will entail supporting our international clients in the delivery of consulting services to the headquarters and coordination of local consulting services relating to employee benefits. Key tasks associated with this role will be to:

  • Provide data analytics, draft reports and presentations, update project trackers and work with the local country consultants and brokers to obtain status updates.

  • Manage the clients’ benefits data which includes working with the Global Benefits Center to populate data and being responsible that data is accurate and updated on a timely basis. Facilitate and coordinate initial technology and implementation tasks upon project start up.

  • Support the use of WTW’s proprietary technology including Benefits Insights, Benefits Data Source, BenVals and other tools to help clients to maximize the value from the information collected,

  • Support the global consulting lead, global project manager, and local/regional country consultants to deliver advice to the headquarters of our multinational clients on employee benefit matters around the world.

  • Coordinate and manage multi-country projects such as: global benefit benchmarking exercises, cost savings projects and governance processes.

  • Keep abreast of changes in legislation, market practice or otherwise, to identify issues that clients should be addressing.

The Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must

  • Experience with employee benefits or insurance market is a plus.

  • Experience as project management is a plus.

  • A keen interest in the international benefits area.

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in teams, including remotely with colleagues in other countries.

  • Ability to work with project management tools and attention to details

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong desire to deliver to clients’ high-quality results, consistently and a proactive approach to working with clients.

  • A keen desire to learn.

  • The ability to use Excel to manipulate and analyze data, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft OneNote.
