As anHR Analytics – Internand a member of a project team:
Work with the Project Manager in creating the survey project plan national e international and other project documents to agreed project methodology specification; ensure that they reflect realistic timescales and project resourcing requirements.
Monitor project status on a daily basis, keep the project plan up to date, and discuss changes or issues with the project team and suppliers as soon as they arise.
Support the production of all data reports and distribute to the correct recipients.
Apply all quality control procedures and ensure that high standards of quality are maintained.
Interest for: Employee Research (Employee Engagements Surveys) and project management roles
Experience with statistics skills
Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering Mathematics or equivalent
Understanding and practical knowledge of statistical and quantitative research techniques and interpretation would be advantageous but not essential
Fluent in English both written and spoken C1 Minimum
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
Willingness to travel
Ability to quickly learn to use internal software and technical processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work to agreed timescales
