Global Benefits Director and Senior Consultant

This is a unique opportunity to join our Integrated & Global Solutions team (IGS) in Denmark as a Global Benefits Director and Senior Consultant.

IGS in Denmark advises multinational companies on all aspects of their employee benefits solutions. Utilizing a combination of analytical skills and in-depth market knowledge, we provide analytical and strategic advice on a wide range of topics related to health and benefit solutions, including pensions, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, benchmarking analysis and risk management.

The Role

In this multifaceted role, you will be a senior contact for clients, providing global benefit solutions supported by professional processes and technology. Your responsibilities will span three main areas: people management, client services, and business development.

People Management

  • Nurture, support, and empower team members through coaching, mentoring, and driving their professional growth.

  • Actively participate in recruiting and selecting colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Client Management

  • Ensure client work is undertaken with a focus on timeliness and maintaining our high-quality standards.

  • Champion best practices, continually seeking ways to enhance our services.

  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability, monitoring work allocation to ensure service levels are achieved.

  • Lead more complex/project work as required.

Business Development

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism internally and with clients to promote our brand.

  • Support and develop client relationships as appropriate.

  • Develop new client relationships.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with people management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work with short deadlines. Your organizational skills, structured approach to problem-solving, and experience in HR or Employee Benefits will make you an ideal fit for this role.
