WTW Client Executive, Health & Benefits in Quan 1, Vietnam

This position will be in charge of customer services delivery to assigned clients and contribute to the achievement of the team’s target.

The Role:

  • Follow H&B APAC Target Operating Model standard process.

  • Work closely with external Business partners, Operations, Claims and other internal stakeholders to generate full-service solutions for day-to-day client enquiries, including movement processes, claim support, and follow ups to support the client relationship for the assigned client portfolio.

  • Well prepare for proposals as per client’s request, including but not limited to meeting files, claim reports, benefits presentations, minutes meetings, communication kits..ect.,.

  • Responsible for managing various events such as clients trainings, health talk sessions, market seminars….ect,.

  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems which may not be limited to renewal and tenders.

  • Take on Operational tasks as identified by Supervisor.

  • Perform other duties which may be assigned by Supervisor.

The requirements:

  • University degree.

  • Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.

  • Excellent English in both written and spoken skills.

  • At least 02 years at client servicing role, prefer in healthcare insurance.

  • High integrity and Teamwork.

  • Proactive and autonomous.

  • Long-term commitment.

  • Good communication, time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense.

  • Be able to work under high pressure.
