WTW Associate Director of Paid Social Media Marketing in Raleigh, North Carolina

Role Overview: We’re seeking a results-driven Associate Director of Paid Social Media Marketing to lead our performance marketing company’s Paid Social Media Advertising programs. If you have a proven track record driving impactful results and ROI through Paid Social Media Marketing (Meta, Instagram) and are looking for your next career move leading teams of innovative performance marketers, TRANZACT is the place for you!! HYBRID ROLE - IN OFFICE TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS.

Responsibilities:

  1. Hands-on Campaign Management : Optimize paid social media advertising campaigns focused on customer acquisition and return on investment

  2. Strategy and Execution : Develop and execute comprehensive paid social marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify new opportunities and innovative tactics to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth

  3. Team Leadership and Development : Inspire and lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship and development, performance management, and subject matter expertise to your team

  4. Data Analysis, Performance Management and Reporting: Leverage data analysis & insights to optimize paid social media campaigns, tracking and owning key performance metrics, reporting out to various stakeholders

  5. Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration: Be the voice of the Paid Social Team, owning written and verbal communications to stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally across teams to align paid social efforts with broader marketing objectives

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years’ experience in Paid Social Media performance marketing, managing ROI-focused customer acquisition campaigns via Paid Social Media advertising (Meta, Instagram)

  2. Passionate about Paid Social Media advertising, currently actively managing campaigns and passionate about developing others into subject matter experts

  3. Proven track record successfully developing and executing paid social strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth

  4. Strong analytical skills – Hands-on data analysis skills, experienced in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and/or similar platforms

  5. Strong leadership skills – Experience managing teams is a plus, but this role is open to SME’s who are looking to advance their careers into leadership!

  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
