JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary of Role

  • Managing the processing of contribution processing, daily dealing and bulk processes.

  • Deal with the non-standard and complicated dealing processes addressing any team queries.

  • Contribute to associate training and development.

  • Monitor all daily dealing activity to ensure agreed targets and deadlines are achieved.

  • Provide an efficient, professional service to meet all clients’ needs and to promote the Willis Towers Watson brand.

  • Be a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard processing.

  • Build and maintain technical, procedures and client knowledge through experience.

  • Monitor email traffic received into the team’s group email boxes to ensure they all receive the correct level of priority.

  • To monitor ongoing projects and ensure all relevant milestones are achieved.

  • Challenge procedures to identify process improvements and pass on recommendations to manager.

  • Checking and reviewing of team member’s work ensuring errors are identified and training needs are addressed.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high levels of service are achieved.

  • Encourage teamwork by sharing knowledge, ideas and solutions.

Clients

  • Provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client needs and to promote the Willis Towers Watson brand.

  • Act as a contact point for investment managers and admin teams regarding DC dealing processes.

Financial

  • Ensure timely completion of timesheets.

The Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.

  • Good IT skills.

  • Pass at C or above for Maths and English Language at GCSE or equivalent.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to apply numerical skills in a logical manner.

  • Display good time management skills and demonstrate ability to organise and prioritise own

  • workload and of others.

  • Work to a high level of accuracy.

  • Enthusiastic approach to getting things done.

  • Previous role within an investment environment that was dealing with investment managers

  • would be of advantage.

  • Able to apply problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Previous experience of mentoring and coaching individuals.

  • Some previous supervisory experience would be of an advantage.
