The Role
Optimize recruitment process through technology-enabled design solutions that scale
Embed consistent application of recruitment process through user enablement and measuring adoption
Listen/use data to identify root cause of pain-points/problem patterns and implement scalable, technology enabled solutions
Ensure operational readiness to absorb change or go to market e.g. change in legislation or launch of a hiring drive
Analyze/synthesize quantitative & qualitative data to create compelling insights that will help steer delivery interventions or inform problems
The Requirements
Experience of working in a high-volume service delivery environment, working across multiple time zones and supporting culturally diverse stakeholders
An orientation towards operations, with experience of structured process improvement, project management methodologies and data analysis techniques
Experience of producing enablement assets such as Standard Operating Procedures, process flows and toolkits
The ability to change gears on short notice to adapt to fast changing environments
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Enterprise Resource Planning tools such as an Applicant Tracking System
Effective communicator with strong English language skills (oral and written)
Experience of volume recruitment and associated processes is desirable
