WTW UI/UX Developer for Software Delivery in Taguig, Philippines

The Role:

  • You endeavor to create clean and efficient code using web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to give life to UI/UX designs.

  • You are comfortable in reviewing requirements, specifications, and design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

  • You can define tasks and report out on the progress of your deliverable.

  • You strive to effectively communicate your findings through empathetic and thoughtful analysis.

  • You are comfortable partnering with other Design and Delivery team members to grow your skills and contribute to delivering the most valuable solutions.

  • You foster relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure success.

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Web Development, Information Science or equivalent experience.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a good understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).

  • Experience with web application, mobile design experience and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap), including usability and accessibility testing.

  • Basic understanding of developing responsive web interfaces that work seamlessly across various devices and browsers, ensuring accessibility features are implemented.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.

  • If available, portfolio of design and work samples of completed projects are available to be shared with the interviewers.

  • Experience with formative design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Experience in visual communication, product development, and content management is a plus.

  • Confident and proactive in communication.

  • Exceptional command of the English language, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to balance priorities and communicate issues or the need for support.

  • Incredible attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management.

  • Confident and proactive in communication.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and goals-driven.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Flexible and able to work predominantly on North America shift.

  • Ability to work remotely and virtually from stakeholders, while maintaining clear communications and meeting work expectations.
